THUMP FEATURE MIX (VICE): Jiwa Jiwa - Indonesian Rare Grooves By Sekan

Finally you can get a feel for the sound Jiwa Jiwa represents. The mix I recorded for THUMP is available on Soundcloud and Mixcloud. Almost two hours full of Indonesian Rare Grooves. 

The first track in the mix is Hidup by Gito Rollies, hidup means life. This was one of the first Indonesian funk songs that I had heard. It really convinced me to go on the hunt and give life to this idea of starting a label.

It only seemed fitting to start the mix out with this track to give life to Jiwa Jiwa and show the world it's first glimpse into Indonesian Rare Grooves.
