A series of essays that intertwine personal reflection, identity, colonial history, and the musical tapestry of diasporas from the archipelago. The journey culminates in a catalog of sixty-two titles that reveal the breadth and richness of the sounds these artists created.

A book and catalog dedicated to the Indo-European, Moluccan, Papua, Javanese Surinamese, Peranakan and Indonesian diaspora and their music. Ancestors that overcame lots of trials and tribulations.
