Willem Twee Studios

Over the course of two weeks Sekan was given free reign over the controls of the studios of Willem Twee in Tilburg. One of the last operating studios that offer this kind of equipment to the public. Equipment usually stored in museums and archives is here made available to create music. Also equipment that's originally not made to create sounds, is here adapted in such a way that they become creative tools for audio modulation.

Together with Revive, Dutch Media Week and Sound & Vision Institute Sekan could create freely the sounds for the Revive exhibit and utilise the archive of Sound & Vision to create tape loops which will eventually be developed into full songs and an album of sorts.
